At the native plant sale, the plants are typically arranged alphabetically by their scientific name. However, we've also provided the plant list alphabetically by common name to help you find what you are looking for.
Join us on Friday, May 17, 2019 for the Bringing Nature Home Native Plant Pre-Sale and Reception, 4-8pm at the Sugar Creek Administration Center, 17540 W. Laraway Road, Joliet. Not only will you have exclusive access to plants before the public sale on Saturday, you can enjoy music, boutique wines, craft beer, artisan cheeses, and gourmet desserts as you shop for plants. Your ticket purchase of $25 also includes 1 raffle ticket for great items such as gift cards to local restaurants and native plants. Additional raffle tickets will available for purchase as well as many silent auction items available for bid. The event will be held rain or shine. No refunds. Proceeds, above event costs, will be used to create a pollinator garden at Isle a la Cache Museum in Romeoville.
